Raising a Mindful Family
Time & Location
About The Event
Would you like to teach your children how to pay attention, be kind and how to calm down in times of stress?
Would you like to find a better balance between time spent working and time spent with your family?
Then this workshop will interest you!
Often we demand our children to "pay attention" or "calm down".
But who has truly taught us how to pay attention or how to calm down exactly?
During 3 sessions, mothers, fathers, children and adolescents will practice Mindfulness together through fun activities.
At the end of these sessions, you will go home with plenty of ideas to live in the here and now, be kind to yourself and others and practice gratitude, even when you are superbusy.
Don’t think we will be sitting on cushions with closed eyes all the time.
On the contrary: We will play, have fun and move our bodies!
Why is it so important?
In times of high demands at work, school, home and other contexts, and where technology and screens are always present, it can be difficult to focus on our goals or be attentive to what we need to feel happy. The games that we will teach you in the workshop, will allow you to feel in charge and able to deal with these demands, to make decisions freely, and most of all, to feel more united in the family.
